TVS DSG race koppeling
TVS DSG race koppelingen zijn ontworpen om de koppelcapaciteit te verhogen tot het maximum zonder dat de betrouwbaarheid en/of rijeigenschappen verloren gaan. Om dit te bereiken heeft TVS het wrijvingsoppervlak, -materialen, koppelingsplaat design en het shimmen van het koppelingspakket zorgvuldig ontworpen. Een perfecte balans tussen deze verschillende aspecten is ons geheime recept voor een uitstekend presterende DSG race koppeling!
Helaas zijn er vaak ook DSG race koppelingen verkrijgbaar met een incorrecte balans waarbij bijvoorbeeld te veel frictieplaten of te dunne stalen platen worden toegepast. Dit heeft een negatieve invloed op betrouwbaarheid en rijeigenschappen van de DSG transmissie. Racekoppeling specificaties
Voor de DQ250 en DQ380 / DQ381 raden we onze DQ500 ombouw aan voor een motorkoppel boven 700 respectievelijk 800Nm. Voor race applicaties wordt altijd een race koppeling aanbevolen.

When do I need a TVS DSG upgrade racing clutch?
Our Stage III DSG software is the strongest DSG software available on the market wherein maximum physically possible clutch pressures and extremely high stock clutch torque capacities are achieved. If your engine application produces more torque than the maximum supported engine torque of our Stage III software, you simply do need an upgraded race clutch! See the maximum supported engine torque on stock clutch together with TVS Stage III software here. For motorsport / racetrack applications TVS always advise to use our upgraded race clutches!
Is it needed to adjust software after installing a DSG upgrade racing clutch?
Yes, it is absolutely needed to perform special race clutch calibrations within the TCU software after installing an upgraded DSG race clutch. If this is not performed there will be no benefit after installing the upgraded DSG racing clutch.
Which TVS DSG software Stage do I need together with an upgrade racing clutch?
TVS Stage IV DSG software is custom made software for TVS or aftermarket DSG upgrade race clutches.
