The “dry clutch” DQ200 gearboxes are known to have a lot of issues from factory like excessive clutch wear and gearbox breakdown already at low performance. With chiptuning of almost all 1.6 TDI, 1.4 T(F)SI and 1.8T(F)SI engines the DQ200 transmission is the limiting factor. When you would like to achieve the full potential from these engines a TVS DQ250 conversion is a must have!
